Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is important to us, should you have any problems please let us know so we can correct them.
We have a simple return and refund policy. If we have made a mistake and have sent you a part that is not what you ordered we will pay to have the incorrect part shipped back to us and we will reship the correct part to match your order the same day we are notified of the mistake.
For all other returns the customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance.
All returns should be insured when returned; we will not refund items that are damaged or missing when returned. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, missing items will be deducted from all refunds. Items returned abused or damaged will not be refunded and will be returned to purchaser at purchasers expense

All refunds will be credited in the same manner payment was made. If you paid via credit card we will refund to the same credit card. Refund payment usually take two - three days for both your bank and our bank to process the transaction. If you don't see your refund within this time period give us a call and we will be glad to make sure everything went through ok for you.
